What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business opportunities and build lasting relationships.
• Network like a pro at industry events and trade shows.
• Meet clients face-to-face and craft solutions that fit their needs.
• Deliver competitive quotes and close deals.
• Keep customers happy and coming back for more.
• Stay sharp on industry trends and new products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in body shop estimating (AdjustRite is a plus).
• Insurance company interaction experience.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to hustle.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
