About this position
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across all manufacturers’ makes and models.
- Address the customer's primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
- Perform the Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle.
- Inform the Service Advisor of any changes in the scope of work, including additional concerns, fewer concerns, or extended repair time.
- Maintain knowledge of all factory technical bulletins.
- Read manufacturer's drawings and manuals.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
- Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.).
- Use computer diagnostic equipment.
Salary Information
$33.8 - $35

Qualifications
- Dealership experience required.
- CDK experience is preferred but required.
- Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Committed to maintaining a safe, customer-focused work environment.
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-motivated with solid work habits.
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
