Property Porter - Responsibilities:

The Property Porter’s main duty is to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the property for the health, safety, and enjoyment of all residents, visitors, and team members.

• Clean the office and restrooms on a daily basis.
• Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
• Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Superintendent.
• Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily.
• Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
• Daily duties consist of cleaning carpets, windows, community room, offices, etc. 
• Perform additional duties requested by the Superintendent.

Property Porter - Requirements:  

• High school education or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform required tasks and to learn and grow.
• Good safety habits. 
• Good communications skills, confident, positive attitude, and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
