Job Title: Patient Engagement Manager

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Specifically in North Scottsdale, off of East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation: $75,000 base salary + Performance-Based Bonus

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!


Position Overview:

Envita Medical Centers is seeking an exceptional Patient Engagement Manager to support patients and families as they begin advanced, physician-led care. This role serves as a key public-facing representative of Envita, guiding patients through complex medical decisions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

This position is ideal for a polished, highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments. The Patient Enrollment Team Lead plays a critical role in patient enrollment by collaborating closely with physicians and internal teams, leading consultative enrollment conversations, and ensuring a seamless transition into care.

This is not transactional sales. It is relationship-based, patient-first enrollment focused on trust, outcomes, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-level patient enrollment through video consultations, physician-attended calls, and relationship-based conversations
  • Serve as a trusted guide for patients and families seeking advanced and integrative treatment options
  • Clearly and compassionately communicate complex medical and treatment concepts
  • Manage multiple patient enrollment journeys simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up and readiness to begin care
  • Provide structure, accountability, and clear next steps across internal teams to support smooth treatment starts.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, Care Coordinators, and operations team to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Act in a supportive leadership capacity to keep enrollment processes moving efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, patient communication, and coordination
  • Represent Envita Medical Center with warmth, integrity, and high-end professionalism in every interaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative, high-touch sales environments
  • Proven success closing complex, trust-based service or enrollment decisions
  • Strong on-camera and video presence with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask at a high level while managing multiple active patient cases
  • Comfort working directly with physicians and navigating medical terminology
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, and patient-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical enrollment, concierge medicine, or patient advocacy sales
  • Ability to balance ethical patient care with strong enrollment performance
  • Experience supporting high-acuity or complex medical cases
  • Strong operational awareness and follow-through
  • High-level communicator who builds trust quickly with patients and families
