Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant – Front Desk is responsible for providing front-office and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while managing incoming communications. The position supports internal teams through scheduling, document management, data entry, and general office coordination. A high level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail is required, as the role routinely handles sensitive and confidential information. 

The administrative assistant will report directly to the Legal Support Supervisor. 

Principle Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and messagesManage scheduling, calendars, and appointments as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and professional reception areaOrder and maintain office suppliesHandle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packagesPerform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organizationProvide administrative support to internal teams as neededAlways maintain confidentiality and professionalism 

 Experience and Qualifications


The office administrator position will require an array of skills and qualifications. Such skills include, but are not limited to, soft, transferable skills and hard skills, such as subject matter expertise in a back-office environment.
