About this position

 As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus primarily on managing the inbound lead activity and conducting outbound sales efforts through a variety of channels in your assigned territory, qualifying active buying interest, and developing opportunities in prospect accounts. An implicit responsibility of our Business Development personnel is to conduct business in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that sets the stage for effective sales follow-up that ultimately leads to efficiently closed new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive company revenue growth by prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic research on prospects, identifying key players and additional information to include in our robust customer pipeline.
  • Work closely with our Sales leaders to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging initiatives to drive opportunities for new business.
  • Interact with prospects through various channels (telephone, email, LinkedIn, Video Messaging, etc.)
  • Update prospect interaction in our CRM to ensure efficient lead management and pipeline analysis.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
  • Leverage internal resources to develop and expand your lead qualification and meeting-setting skills.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.

Requirements

 Requirements: 

  • 1 year business development and/or sales experience.
  • Very well-organized, and strong time management/prioritization skills.
  • Customer-focused, highly responsive, and results-driven.
  • Self-starters who are exceedingly motivated and driven for success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients.
  • Interest in building a successful sales career within the software solution industry and dedication towards the goal of a full-cycle sales executive.
  • HEART, HUSTLE, AND HUMILITY – This person needs to have a desire and work ethic to succeed as well as the humility and curiosity of a continuous learner.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo (or similar tools) preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Starting Compensation: $60,000 base / $40,000 variable per year
