Start Pay:
- $29.00/hour
- $30.00/hour at 90 days
- $31.00/hour at 1 year
Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery to assure continuity of production flow.
- Correct problems with production and support equipment to minimize downtime and cost.
- Share on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team for plant maintenance issues.
- Audit, inspect, maintain, repair, and replace as needed critical maintenance equipment, machinery, and tools.
- Champion CMMS (Asset Essentials), to schedule, document, and manage preventive maintenance, work orders, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure all safety inspections are completed and recorded in the CMMS system.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance program, assuring that the work is completed in a timely manner. Assure that proper parts and supplies are available for PM work, and work is recorded in the CMMS system.
- Works with Engineering and maintenance personnel to source and purchase needed parts and supplies.
- Coordinates with maintenance personnel to schedule and oversee outside contractors required for repair and PM work.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure a work environment that is safe and free from hazards and unsafe behaviors.
- Other work-related duties as assigned.

Position Specifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience in manufacturing and facility maintenance
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and manufacturing maintenance, repair required.
- Ability to operate a variety of machine shop equipment safely and effectively (power tools, hand tools, gauges, and material handling equipment).
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health policies and procedures related to the entire plant operation is required.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Shop floor, and CMMS experience

- Work Environment: Incumbent will occasionally be exposed to Cold Temperatures <65 degrees and Heat >80 degrees. The environment is well lit; the noise level is often minimal, but incumbent may be exposed to higher than 85 decibels.
