We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team and support children on the autism spectrum ages 2 to 6 years old in a structured, fun, supportive, and collaborative environment.   

Here's what you'll do:

· Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism 

· Work in-clinic with consistent schedules 

· Follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision 

· Collect simple data and track progress 

· Receive paid training and strong clinical support

Salary Description

· $20-$24 per hour

What do you need?

· High school diploma or equivalent 

· Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 

The RBT must adhere to all BACB ethical guidelines and maintain an active RBT certification. 

· Ability to pass a Level II background check https://info.flclearinghouse.com

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· A passion for helping others

Physical & Environmental Requirements

· Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day. 

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently. 

· Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety. 

Schedule & Compensation

·  Schedule: Full-time or part-time; flexible shifts depending on client caseload and organizational need. 

·  Compensation: Competitive hourly rate; commensurate with experience.
