Description:

PCT Ebeam and Integration, located in Davenport, IA, manufactures custom industrial machines, ebeam systems, and performs system integration services. We are seeking a CNC Operator to perform all setup and operation of Haas CNC Vertical Mills to machine parts of various sizes, geometry, materials, and tolerances. Our parts quantities are low, so frequent setups and changes are required. This role will also write some simple CNC programs and produce fixtures and custom non-production parts. Some manual machining and fabrication is also required. 

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent plus 3 years related CNC experience.
• Knowledge of CNC vertical mill operations.
• Requires safe working habits in a fabrication setting.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with power tools and machine tools such as a drill press, bandsaw, cut-off saw and grinder.
