Groundskeeper

Michael Development/MJS Management is a property management company of residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities area.  We currently have an opening for a roving Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance in the Twin Cities area.   AS A ROVING GROUNDSKEEPER, YOU MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION & A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Groundskeeper/ Responsibilities:

• Landscaping (mulching, trimming bushes, seeding, sod install)
• Lawncare (cutting grass, weed whipping, weed control) and shoveling/salting in winter as needed
• Painting
• Curb Appeal
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

Requirements of the Groundskeeper:

• organized                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
• punctual                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• great customer service skills                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
• provide on-call maintenance as needed                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• 1-3 years of prior experience in building/apartment maintenance preferred

Compensation: $19/hour
