Key Responsibilities
The associate selected for this position will:
- Represent lenders, investors, developers, and owners in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development of real property across all major asset classes (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use).
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, development agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.
- Coordinate and close real estate transactions, including title and survey review, due diligence, zoning and land-use analysis, and entity formation.
- Advise clients on construction, development, and joint venture arrangements, as well as day-to-day asset management issues.
- Mentor junior associates, oversee work streams, and ensure client deliverables are accurate and timely.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and practical work product.
- Strong analytical abilities with a solid grasp of complex real estate concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with enthusiasm for mentorship and shared success.
- Minimum of 4 years of sophisticated real estate practice experience.
- Experience handling matters in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development (financing experience required).
- Prior large law firm experience required.
- Admission to, and good standing with, the State Bar of California.
- Submission of a resume and law school transcript required.
