Shape the Future of Federal IT Modernization

At Improvix Technologies, we deliver secure, modern, and integrated technology solutions that keep our nation’s most critical systems running efficiently and securely. We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and drive enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions that power our Federal customer’s IT modernization journey.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role — perfect for a professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, architecting scalable systems, and mentoring teams to deliver excellence. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, process, and mission — helping to transform the way government manages and delivers digital services.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and more).

  • Translate business goals into scalable solutions that improve workflows, productivity, and service delivery.

  • Architect integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring secure and seamless data exchange.

  • Guide development teams through customization, configuration, and automation to align with best practices.

  • Ensure system excellence through robust data management, workflow optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Lead technical reviews and oversee testing, deployment, and ongoing platform improvement.

  • Mentor developers and analysts, providing guidance on ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and DevOps approaches.

  • Collaborate with federal stakeholders to align solutions with modernization goals, compliance standards, and security frameworks.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: monitor ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements to keep the environment cutting-edge.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

  • Deep expertise with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Security Operations modules.

  • Proven experience designing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and automation.

  • Experience with custom app development, upgrades, and troubleshooting complex issues.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD or higher certifications preferred.

  • Familiarity with ITOM capabilities, Service Catalog, and Reporting.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jira, Jenkins, GitHub).

  • Understanding of data security practices and integration security protocols.

  • Active Secret Clearance required (TS eligibility preferred).

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture architecture with practical implementation.

  • A trusted advisor and communicator who can bridge business goals and technical execution.

  • A collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic, fully remote environments.

  • A lifelong learner who stays current with ServiceNow innovation and federal modernization initiatives.
