Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Follow‑UpsExecute outbound email marketing campaigns in support of telesales and lead generation effortsUse Klaviyo to send emails, design emails and track email marketing results Maintain clean lists, segmentation, and campaign schedulesMarketing Analytics & ReportingTrack and report on campaign performance metrics, including:Leads generatedEmail open/click ratesConversion ratesFollow‑up effectivenessPrepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reportsHelp identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve resultsSocial Media & Content SupportAssist with scheduling and publishing social media contentSupport engagement tracking and reporting (followers, reach, engagement)Help execute social campaigns tied to larger marketing initiativesCoordinate with creative and marketing managers on content needsProcess & CollaborationWork within defined marketing workflows, tickets, and campaign briefsSupport campaign documentation and organizationCollaborate closely with marketing managers, creative services, and sales teamsEnsure campaigns are launched on time and measured properlyRequired QualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign coordinationExperience with email marketing platforms Strong organizational and follow‑up skillsComfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reportsClear written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines4 year college degree is required This is an in-office position.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting sales or telesales teamsBasic understanding of marketing analytics and KPIsExperience with social media scheduling toolsBackground in B2C marketing is a plus
Salary: $55,000-$60,000
