We are currently recruiting for a/an Reporting and Consolidation Senior Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Location: Madrid (or Seville, at the candidate’s choice)

Reports to: Consolidation Director

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Reporting: Lead the preparation of the Group´s Annual Report, emphasizing strategy, growth, and business performance. Produce insightful quarterly financial reports.
  • Ensure Accurate Transaction Analysis: Review and assess a wide range of transactions across the Group to ensure correct and compliant accounting treatment. Work closely with cross-functional teams - including Legal, Tax, and Operations - at both corporate and local levels to support the Group’s rapid growth and expanding activities in multiple countries.
  • Shape the Group’s Financial Framework: Develop and enhance accounting procedures and establish forward-thinking accounting policies in accordance with IFRS, influencing the Group’s approach to sustainable growth.
  • Lead in Financial Excellence: Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements. Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, and review financial statements prepared under IFRS

Education

  • Business Administration Degree.

Language

  • Advanced English level is required (minimum C1)

Personal Skills

  • Strong analytical and accounting skills. Strong financial and accounting expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong software application skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure

Experience & Technical Qualifications

  • 6-9 years’ experience ideally in a reporting, consolidation or accounting/audit related department.
