We are a physician-owned and operated family practice with two thriving locations in San Antonio, seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Medical Doctor (MD) to join our team.

As a Medical Doctor in our practice, you will provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. You’ll work closely with our clinical team, including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and compassionate treatment for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain detailed medical histories, and diagnose/treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
- Provide expert guidance on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies.
- Supervise and collaborate with practice providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Participate in quality initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and practice standards.
- Stay current with medical advancements and regulatory requirements through continuing education and professional development.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with CMS and billing standards.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Medical Doctor (MD) with active Texas medical license.
- Proven clinical expertise in family medicine or primary care.
- Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Manual dexterity to operate medical instruments and electronic medical record system (eClinicalWorks).
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Visual and auditory acuity to assess patient conditions and respond to clinical needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety.
