Location:      In-Office
Hours:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On Call/ Weekends as needed)

About the Role:

Regent Restoration is a locally owned and family-operated restoration and general contracting company that specializes in managing medium to large residential and commercial projects. We are excited for you to join our expanding team as a Project Manager to oversee interior projects from start to finish. General Overview of Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan that aligns with operational needs and budget allowances.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the provisions and requirements of all contract documents, including: plans, specifications, owners’ contract, sub-contracts, and purchase orders.

  • Track and manage project costs to ensure the company's set profit margins are met.

  • Manage the permitting and approval phase of the development process and ensure all proper approvals have been received before the construction phase.

  • Manage and document entire job progress through the company CRM system and other insurance portals as instructed.

  • Source and procure materials for the project and ensure the cost does not go over budget.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation in CRM and required insurance portals.

  • Serve as the primary client contact — managing communication, setting expectations, and addressing concerns.

  • Guide clients through design choices and problem-solving during the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct site visits and provide regular project updates during team meetings.

  • Ensure timely client payments in line with company policy.

  • Manage Subcontract workers to ensure each job is completed on time.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop a project plan that fits their budget and timeline, while providing guidance on design choices and resolving any issues that arise during the process.

  • Adhere to Regent Restoration’s client payment collection timeline and collect due payments from clients.

  • Enter all conversation details into CRM

  • Provide updates on the project weekly at in-office staff meetings.

Qualifications / Preferred Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials, as well as strong understanding in project management.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively speak with clients, subcontractors and all involved parties.

  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Problem-solving attitude.

  • Has a keen eye for detail to ensure that the final product meets the client’s expectations.

  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Salary Information

$60000.0 - $80000.0 Annual Salary
