We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team in Burlington, KY. This role involves working collaboratively to install precast foundation walls on-site for new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with specific experience in foundation pouring and framing.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to install precast foundation walls on new construction sites.
• Travel to and from job sites, including overnight stays depending on project location and requirements.
• Prepare job site layout using a total station instrument.
• Use drawings provided by CAD designers to accurately lay out the foundation footprint.
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of foundation walls according to project specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience pouring foundations.
• Prior construction experience, preferably in residential or commercial building projects.
• Framing experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with total station instruments and site layout procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required by job assignments.
