Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary
As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will join an ownership team that prioritizes a collaborative environment where no clinician is an "island." You will lead one-on-one behavioral intervention programs in a home-based setting, benefiting from high behavior technician retention rates. This role is for someone who wants to escape corporate bureaucracy and make a lasting impact on a close-knit community.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Design & Implementation
Develop and implement all aspects of 1-on-1 programs using VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, or AFLS.
Create innovative functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Manage programmatic data collection, reporting, and natural environment teaching (NET).
Supervision & Mentoring
Provide high-quality supervision and mentoring to behavior technicians, assisting with their career development.
Ensure treatment fidelity and provide hands-on training in discrete trial teaching and behavior management.
Collaboration & Leadership
Lead family training programs and build rapport with caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
Participate in monthly regional and company-wide meetings to drive leadership initiatives and professional development.
Maintain general availability from 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional client needs.
Qualifications
Certification: Active BCBA or BCaBA certification is required.
Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree (for BCBA) or Bachelor's (for BCaBA) in a related field.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Medicaid case managers and community members.
Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical demands of home-based therapy, including frequent movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance to travel between clients in Northern Michigan.
