About this position
We have an immediate full-time opening in our Bellingham, Washington corporate office for a Customer Service & Sales Representative — We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with our customers, build your knowledge in our products, and play a pivotal role in growing new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll become a trusted point of contact, expertly handling inbound inquiries, reaching out to potential clients, and ensuring every customer receives accurate information and timely support.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Place outbound sales calls
- Place customer orders and optimize customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Maintain daily workflow through a CRM Platform
- Correspond and communicate with customers and external parties
- Provide product pricing and inventory status
- Produce product quotes
- Account maintenance
- Update customers on order status and shipping information
- New business development
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or GED
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to demonstrate typing proficiency
- 2 years of applicable Customer Service experience
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
