Server Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them
• Assist in setting up and organizing the dining area before service
• Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
• Help with basic food preparation tasks, such as garnishing dishes or assembling appetizers
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and other team members
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of food orders
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a hospitality or food service setting
• Previous experience in a similar role, such as bussing or catering, is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
•  Must be able spend long period of time on their feet, walking, standing, stooping, and lifting, carrying food trays, tables, chairs, and furniture up to 50 pounds.
