ClearPoint CPAs is growing — and we’re looking for a driven Audit Associate to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience working with a variety of clients across industries, while being part of a firm that values collaboration, integrity, and professional growth.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and      executing audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base
  • Perform fieldwork      testing of financial statement accounts, internal controls, and compliance      with GAAP
  • Prepare workpapers and      document audit findings in accordance with firm and professional standards
  • Communicate with      clients to request supporting documentation and clarify audit issues
  • Collaborate with team      members and senior staff to ensure efficient and timely project completion
  • Contribute to      delivering a high-quality client experience through professionalism and      attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • Working toward CPA      license or plans to obtain (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of      experience in public accounting or a related role
  • Strong analytical,      communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work      independently and as part of a team

Work Location:

· Greeneville or Johnson City

Salary: 

· Compensatory with experience. This is a salaried position.
