We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Communicate with service technicians and sales staff to provide customers with timely updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history using dealership software
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining the front desk area
- Promote dealership services and products when appropriate
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience (automotive or dealership experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous call center experience
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling tools, and CRM systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
