We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance at our dealership. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about developing people, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve results

  • Assist sales staff with closing deals and resolving customer concerns

  • Train and mentor new and existing team members on sales processes and product knowledge

  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and promote a positive buying experience

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction

  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and communicate performance updates to leadership

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership sales experience required

  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred

  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
