We’re seeking a Host to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome all guests with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate strong listening skills to understand guest needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests
- Accurately take and process guest orders at the front counter
- Perform basic math functions related to cash handling and transactions
- Learn all areas of entertainment to confidently assist and direct guests
- Assign and sell bowling lanes efficiently while providing excellent guest service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Ability to deliver hospitality in a fun dining and gaming environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask calmly
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable managing phones and reservation systems
- Previous hosting or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, reliable attendance required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
