Position Description

Deque is seeking a HubSpot Automation Specialist (also known as a RevOps Strategist) to build scalable systems that support CRM, marketing automation, and RevOps initiatives. This role is ideal for a HubSpot power user who loves solving technical problems, optimizing business systems, and guiding clients toward operational success.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, managing multiple client projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive results. This is a client-facing role that blends technical implementation, strategic consulting, and process optimization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Run client meetings to guide the successful setup and optimization of HubSpot environments

  • Advise on aligning marketing, sales, and service operations for efficiency and scale

  • Manage technical aspects of HubSpot including automation workflows, CRM architecture, and reporting

  • Build and maintain systems to ensure high-quality, reliable data

  • Lead third-party integrations (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and design creative implementation solutions

  • Support internal projects and collaborate across teams on RevOps strategy

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs

  • Proven experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms

  • Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with inbound sales and marketing principles

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting

  • Comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Organized and effective at managing multiple client relationships

  • Curious and adaptable in a fast-changing tech environment

  • Salesforce experience is a strong plus
