Position Summary: We are seeking a veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-outManage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communicationsMaintain accurate and organized patient records and client filesProcess payments and assist with billing inquiriesCoordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth daily workflowProvide compassionate support to clients during both routine visits and emotional situationsQualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a medical office environmentExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with Cornerstone veterinary software system is a plus but not requiredStrong multitasking and organizational abilitiesCompassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to client careWhy Join Us:
