What You’ll Do
  • Assist with Senior Digital Design Strategist(s), Digital Marketing Manager, and/or Digital Marketing Director to devise and oversee the digital media strategy, including goals, KPIs, acquisition of content, lead generation, and online brand and product campaigns to raise awareness
  • Assist with Senior Digital Design Strategist(s), Digital Marketing Manager, and/or Digital Marketing Director to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilizing a range of techniques including social media, paid search/social, SEO, pay-per-click, and all other as decided by leadership
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to internal and external customers websites
  • Lead and execute social media video strategy for internal and external clients, including concepting, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and optimizing short-form and long-form video content to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Produce high-impact, platform-native video creatives (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video, Stories) while maintaining strict brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create video shorts from longer form videos to be used on social media and other digital marketing channels.
  • Own the end-to-end video production process — including on-camera presence when needed — from ideation and storyboarding to filming, lighting, editing, captioning, and publishing across platforms.
  • Create copywriting for social media posts and advertising.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, hooks, audio trends, and algorithm changes; rapidly translate trends into brand-appropriate content.
  • Develop scroll-stopping hooks and performance-driven storytelling frameworks designed for the first 3–5 seconds of short-form content.
  • Shoot and edit high-volume short-form content (batch filming, quick-turn edits, motion graphics, captions, thumbnails, and platform optimization).
  • Collaborate with paid media team to create conversion-focused video ads and test creative variations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Assist in planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Analyze video performance metrics (retention rate, hook rate, watch time, engagement rate, shares, saves, and conversions) and iterate content accordingly.
  • Communicate with existing digital marketing clients as it relates to campaign results
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Participate in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and impacts changes required for improvement.
  • Coordinate and partner with others to execute special projects
  • Maintain records on users and compliance activities.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Generate and provide monthly billing submission and/or manage submission of report.
  • Provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modification to existing operations, systems, and procedures
  • Research and make recommendations to management pertaining to acquisition of operating equipment
  • Ability to learn marketing automation systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Effectively manage campaigns and marketing efforts to generate measurable results
  • Repurpose video content into cross-channel distribution (email, landing pages, paid ads, website embeds) to maximize reach and lifecycle engagement.
  • Support in planning and coordinating email campaigns related to seminars, meetings and events
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date understanding of trends, best practices, and prevailing attitudes and approaches
  • Assist in customer service calls
  • Manage internal and external customer relationships
  • Partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management
  • Provide direct correspondence and support for financial service professional inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face; assist team members with elevated inquires
  • Create presentations, educate and train internal employees
  • Promote programs to internal and external customers to generate new users and maintain existing users
  • Assist in recruiting new internal and external customers by demonstrating the value of the program
  • Attend events for face-to-face recruitment and maintenance of users
  • Educate and train internal employees on the merits of program
  • All other duties as assigned
 
 
What you Bring
  • Business, Marketing or related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience – Required
  • 2+ years of work experience in social media – Required
  • 1+ years of experience related to digital marketing – Required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service – Preferred
  • Experience in Work, Adobe Software, and calendar management – Required
  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness – Required
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of social media automation/analysis tools
  • Competent knowledge of the financial industry’s basic operations
  • Competent knowledge of overall company structure
  • Competent knowledge of industry-specific marketing tools and best practices
  • Proficient knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic
  • Proficient of Microsoft Office Suite Programs
  • Knowledge and adherence to data integrity rules such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, cookie, and compliance standards
  • Proficient knowledge of the marketing funnel and lead generation best practices
  • Proficient skill in logical and technical thinking
  • Knowledge in design and QA of lead scoring, multi-tiered programs, and trigger-based workflows
  • Proficient skills in effective verbal and written communication with an attention to detail
  • Proficient skill in time-management and multi-tasking
  • Proficient skill with company software
  • Proficient skill in organization, completing assignments accurately and with high attention to detail
  • Ability to learn graphic design and photo editing
  • Ability to perform video editing and create video clips for public viewing
