Bookkeeper

DASMEN is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our Multi-Family Housing operations. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions and will work closely with property management and corporate leadership. While QuickBooks experience is required, Yardi experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping functions including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
   
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple multi-family properties
   
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and tenant-related transactions
   
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
   
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end close
   
• Work within QuickBooks for corporate accounting functions
   
• Utilize Yardi for property-level accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
   
• Assist with budgets, audits, and year-end reporting as needed
   
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
   

 Qualifications:

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (multi-family or property management preferred)  
• Strong QuickBooks experience required 
• Yardi experience strongly preferred (candidates with Yardi will receive priority consideration)  
• Knowledge of multi-family accounting, trust accounts, and tenant ledgers is a plus  
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills  
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting best practices

Compensation: $20-$23/hr
