Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Team Lead - Be a part of an exciting an innovative industry! Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc., the leader in mobile storage and grow systems in the retail and vertical growing industries, is seeking an individual to coordinate the activities of our material handling team, and provide for accurate and timely receiving, warehousing, production supply and data processing activities within the assigned warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of a sit-down, electric, 6000 lb. forklift in a high-traffic environment
• Loading/unloading trailers and staging product using 4-10 foot pallets, 72" forks, fork extensions and positioners
• Utilizing the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Reviewing daily work load for material handlers and coaching them in the most efficient means of completing their assigned tasks.
• Prioritizing the work load as necessary to complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Successful candidates demonstrate the following skills, experience and abilities:

• Minimum 1 year of safe and relevant forklift operation experience
• Minimum 3 years practical experience in a warehouse setting preferred
• Demonstrated experience using inventory or ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team by setting a positive example
• Solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with our without assistance
• Courteous and professional communication skills
