Our headquarters is in Jacksonville, Texas. We are centrally located in the rolling hills of east Texas, not far from Interstate 20, two hours east of Dallas and four hours north of Houston.   We also maintain a manufacturing and distribution plant in Plant City, Florida.

This Role:

Our Manufacturing team is seeking a Master Scheduler. This would be a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, TX.

What You Will Do:

The Master Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing the master production schedule for the plant. 

How You Will Do It:

• Create and maintain a master production schedule that aligns with customer demand, inventory policies, and production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to the schedule to address delays, equipment issues, or changes in demand.
• Work with materials management and procurement teams to ensure that materials and components are available to meet the production schedule without overstocking.
• Work closely with production, procurement, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure that all scheduling activities are coordinated and aligned with overall business objectives.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on the status of the master production schedule, including any deviations or issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, materials management, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production scheduling software to develop and manage schedules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred
• Experience in the HVAC industry or similar manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Work Environment

Work is primarily done in an office environment within the manufacturing plant, with regular interaction with the production floor.  It may require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet scheduling demands or address urgent production needs.
