Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing high-quality treatment plans for individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. In this role, you will be the clinical lead for your cases, providing direct support to families and advocating for your clients within schools and community programs. You will ensure that every intervention is rooted in the principles of ABA and delivered with the highest level of ethical integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and medical professionals, to provide holistic care.

  • Advocate for the needs of clients with developmental disabilities and autism within various settings, including schools and community programs.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Training & Support

  • Provide hands-on training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.

  • Engage effectively with families to ensure they are empowered and supported throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities; experience in special education settings is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques, medical terminology relevant to behavioral health, and proficiency in ABA methodologies.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with professionals and families.

  • Ethics: Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
