The Opportunity
This is a non-clinical, customer service–focused role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others feel comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You’ll guide patients and visitors through the facility while maintaining a calm, professional presence.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and visitors and serve as their first point of contact
- Answer basic questions and provide clear directions within the facility
- Escort patients professionally from waiting areas to designated rooms
- Offer reassurance, comfort, and guidance, especially in high-stress moments
- Have a friendly, professional demeanor
- Communicate clearly and calmly
- Are reliable, punctual, and comfortable assisting people under stress
- Enjoy being part of a patient-focused healthcare team
