Job Summary:

Support the Corporate Staff Team by providing financial, administrative, clerical and receptionist services. 


Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices
  • Process incoming payments 
  • Communicate with customers about billing discrepancies
  • Initiate collections on past-due accounts
  • Maintain accounting ledgers as required
  • Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Distribute company mail
  • Assist in recruiting and orientation tasks
  • Assist in purchasing office supplies
  • Assist organizing company events
  • Other office duties as assigned
Requirements:

Skills:

  • Highly organized and with ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Proven ability to manage in deadline driven environment
  • Experience with customer service and client communication
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with accounting software

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college education or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years AR experience required, AP experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with Infor ERP system a plus

Job Details:

Essential Functions:

  • Wear Personal Protective equipment (PPE) (when required)
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Use of upper body, arms, and hands throughout the day
  • Lifting 5-10 pounds periodically
