About the Role
Were hiring Autonomous Vehicle Safety Drivers to test self-driving vehicles. You will help ensure safety while supporting new vehicle technology development.
Available Shifts
AM: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
PM: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Schedule Options:
Sunday – Wednesday
Thursday – Sunday
Saturday – Tuesday
What You’ll Do
Safely operate autonomous vehicles on public roads
Stay alert and ready to take control if needed
Perform daily vehicle safety checks
Monitor vehicle systems during testing
Provide feedback to engineers and team members
Submit detailed driving and testing reports
Requirements
Valid U.S. driver’s license (3+ years)
Clean driving record (no DUI/drug/alcohol offenses in past 5 years)
Strong defensive driving skills
Experience in safety-focused driving roles (AV operator, driving instructor, racing, etc.) preferred
Able to work in different weather and road conditions
Good communication and attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Preferred (Not Required)
EV or autonomous vehicle experience
Knowledge of vehicle technology
Defensive driving certification
