Easterseals Florida is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Therapist (PT/OT/SLP) to join our evaluation team in our Southernmost Coast Early Steps program. This position involves conducting developmental evaluations for children aged birth to three as part of the Florida Early Steps Program. Evaluations are interdisciplinary and focus on identifying eligibility for services and supporting optimal child development.
The ideal candidate has experience with the 0–3 population, values family-centered care, and enjoys working collaboratively with caregivers and professionals to help each child reach their developmental potential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Part C eligibility evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide early intervention therapy services in the child’s natural environment (as needed)
- Coach and support families in using everyday routines and activities to enhance their child’s development
- Collaborate with a team of evaluators and other early intervention professionals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
- Active Florida license in your professional discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of infant and toddler development
- Florida Medicaid Provider Number and NPI Number preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Must meet driving requirements for work-related travel (minimum age 21, valid license, clean driving record)
