The Tom Toole Sales Group, one of the top-producing RE/MAX teams in Pennsylvania, is hiring a full-time Real Estate Recruiting Manager to drive agent growth in the Greater Philadelphia and Main Line market.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on recruiting licensed real estate agents and scaling one of the region’s top-performing teams.
You will step into an established recruiting infrastructure powered in partnership with EZ Recruits, including BrokerKit CRM, Courted recruiting platform, automated follow-up campaigns, defined agent avatars, and strong brand authority. The system is built. The pipeline is active. Your job is execution and conversion.
We are currently onboarding 10–15 agents per quarter with a goal of 10 agents per month. This position is built for someone who thrives on conversations, call volume, appointment setting, and measurable results.

Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities:- Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
- Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
- Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
- Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
- Experience in recruiting, particularly within the real estate industry, to identify and attract top talent.
- Ability to manage the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Proven track record of maintaining detailed records of applicants and interviews to ensure a streamlined candidate pipeline.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and events.
- Ability to analyze recruiting methods and provide actionable insights to improve the hiring process.
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality and privacy of applicant information.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
