NXA USA is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager (Stainless Steel) to own the full product lifecycle for our growing stainless steel division. This is a high-impact role responsible for product strategy, vendor coordination, pricing, inventory planning, and launch execution — built for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, and product development.

 

The Product Manager (Stainless Steel) will serve as the single point of accountability for the stainless steel product division, eliminating bottlenecks, accelerating time-to-market, and giving executive leadership the bandwidth to focus on higher-level growth initiatives. This is an opportunity to build something scalable from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle for the stainless steel division from concept and sourcing through production, quality review, launch, and post-market evaluation.
  • Identify gaps in the current product portfolio and bring forward well-researched recommendations for new product development opportunities to executive leadership.
  • Lead all vendor coordination efforts including identifying and vetting new suppliers, negotiating pricing and lead times, managing day-to-day vendor relationships, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Maintain organized vendor records and serve as the primary point of contact for all supplier communications; develop contingency sourcing plans to mitigate supply chain risk.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine pricing strategies across the full stainless steel product line; conduct regular analysis of raw material costs, competitor pricing, and market trends to protect margins and identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals and margin reports to leadership on a regular cadence, clearly articulating the rationale and projected impact on division profitability.
  • Own inventory planning and demand forecasting, working closely with operations to ensure stock levels are maintained without excess carrying costs; monitor production schedules and sales velocity to get ahead of potential shortfalls or overstock situations.
  • Develop and maintain inventory reporting tools and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into product availability, reorder triggers, and fulfillment timelines.
  • Drive branding alignment and end-to-end launch execution for all new stainless steel products, coordinating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Conduct structured post-launch reviews analyzing sales performance, customer feedback, and margin outcomes; deliver comprehensive reporting and actionable improvement recommendations to executive leadership quarterly.
  • Supervise team members within the stainless steel division per NXA handbook; complete bi-annual performance scorecards and progression plans for each direct report.
  • Participate in interviewing candidates for open positions and partner with leadership on hiring decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial products environment senior office management, executive administration, operations, or a related role
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and navigate supply chain challenges administrative systems, facilities coordination, and vendor management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategy, margin analysis, and inventory forecasting 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership
  • Experience with stainless steel products, food and beverage equipment, or industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
