About the Job

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for a key area within Inn-Flow’s platform. This is a high-impact role for a product leader passionate about B2B SaaS innovation, customer outcomes, and scaling systems that make hotel operations run smarter and faster.

You’ll shape product direction for one of Inn-Flow’s key products, partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, and use data-driven insight to bring new solutions to market — all while ensuring every product decision ties back to business outcomes and customer value.

What You Will Do

·       Develop and execute product strategies that drive measurable business growth and meet evolving customer needs.

·       Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements from concept to launch.

·       Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends and innovation opportunities.

·       Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.

·       Define clear requirements and prioritize features using customer and data insights.

·       Partner with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine offerings.

·       Monitor product performance and use metrics to guide iteration and improvement.

·       Communicate product vision, priorities, and performance across all levels of the organization.

What You Need

·       6+ years of Product Management experience in a growth-oriented SaaS company.

·       Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and user-centered design principles.

·       Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.

·       Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

·       Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline.

·       Technical acumen and comfort collaborating with engineering teams.

What Makes You a Standout

·       Experience or expertise in Payroll platforms or related domains.

·       Background in the hospitality industry.

·       Proven success with integrations, APIs, and third-party partnerships.

·       Experience with B2B ERP or operations software.

·       Portfolio of launched products or features with measurable business results.
