Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to ensure the health care needs of all clients are met in our assisted living community. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with Assisted Living License regulations, training staff on current policies and procedures, and supervising the delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client health care needs and ensure quality standards.
• Train and support staff in assisted living procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with the Assisted Living Director to supervise staff and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Included on-call rotation.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and compliance with state and federal regulations.
