Were looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee monthly financial
close, reporting, audits, and budgeting activities while mentoring accounting
staff and improving efficiency across financial systems. This is a hands-on

What Youll Do
- Lead
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze
and validate accounting data to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Prepare
and present financial reports and analyses for leadership and external
stakeholders.
- Develop,
implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal
controls.
- Manage
external financial audits and coordinate audit deliverables.
- Supervise,
mentor, and develop accounting staff; provide technical guidance and
feedback.
- Support
annual budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Drive
continuous improvement in accounting systems, processes, and reporting
tools.
- Partner
with cross-functional teams on new site implementations, ERP initiatives,
and financial integration projects.
- Foster
strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
seamless collaboration.
What Were Looking For
Education & Training
- Bachelors
degree in Accounting or related field (required)
Experience
- 4+
years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a
supervisory role (required)
- Healthcare
or behavioral health experience (preferred)
- Experience
managing accounting operations for multi-site or complex organizations
(preferred)
- Familiarity
with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, UKG, or similar) (preferred)
- Advanced
Excel and data analysis skills (preferred)
Licenses/Certifications
- Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred)
