    We are seeking a dedicated HR Records Clerk to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate employee records and supporting our mission to provide exceptional behavioral healthcare. This position is essential for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and organize employee records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
    • Assist with the intake process and ensuring documentation is complete.
    • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
    • Utilize office management software (Excel) to track records and generate reports as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (main program used)
    • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Pass a Level II Background clearance
    • HS Diploma or GED required
