Responsibilities:

• Start up, operate, and troubleshoot the Extruder, Thermoformer, and all Thermoforming line equipment to produce quality parts at standard cycle times.
• Verify, maintain, and document standard operating conditions to ensure consistent product quality and QC approval.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Thermoforming process and quality issues.
• Coordinate with Tool Room and Maintenance to support preventive maintenance, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment efficiency.
• Anticipate equipment and process needs, including preparation for future production and new product launches.
• Perform mold and insert changes according to production schedules or leadership direction.
• Establish and validate machine settings, process parameters, and master setup documentation.
• Monitor product quality through inspections and measurements; make process adjustments as required.
• Support housekeeping, machine, and mold upkeep to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Complete all required documentation, including shift attainment, downtime tracking, inspection reports, and technical logs.
• Recommend updates to SOPs and related documentation as needed.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma required. Community college certificate/diploma from Injection Molding Institutes preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience/Field: Minimum 3 years experience in a Thermoforming operations environment
• Good PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
