Pay: $17–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves maintaining the overall health and appearance of residential and commercial landscapes. Responsibilities include routine care such as trimming, pruning, mulching, planting, weeding, seasonal cleanups, and debris removal.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including trimming bushes, pruning trees, weeding, and mulching
• Plant and/or remove flowers, shrubs, or other greenery as directed
• Clean up yard waste, leaves, and other debris from properties
• Operate hand landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Ensure properties are left looking neat and professional

Requirements:

• Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance tools and best practices
• Basic Shrubbery & Plant Knowledge
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
