Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSRS)

Were looking for a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSRS) to join our team. In this role, youll provide direct support, lead skill-building groups, and assist with crisis interventionall while helping individuals develop life, vocational, and social skills that empower them to thrive.

This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working alongside a dedicated, collaborative care team.

What Youll Do

• Support individuals in programming, daily living, and social activities
• Facilitate educational and skill-building groups that promote independence
• Model and teach appropriate social skills and coping strategies
• Use de-escalation techniques to help prevent or respond to crises
• Monitor safety and security of the treatment environment
• Document services accurately and in compliance with standards

What Were Looking For

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, or related field (preferred; can substitute for experience)

Experience

• 2+ years working in a mental health program with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (required, unless substituted with degree)

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid drivers license (preferred; some driving may be required)
