Regional Account Manager- South Central
POSITION:
This base + commission position works to develop and implement sales strategies and forecasting in a designated sales area: Colorado, Arizona, Hawaii, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Support established trailer dealerships, prospects, and develop business with new trailer dealerships. Primary contact for trailer end users and dealers seeking information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to all sales-related calls and emails.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of Towmaster’s product line.
- Develop and Maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in trade shows to engage with end users and dealers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with the Trailer Division Sales Manager.
- Prepare and submit sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Enter data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as needed.
- Aim to exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of related sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reside in or be able to relocate to territory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Comfortable with web-based tools and social media.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
