Position Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technicianto join our team at River Pointe Apartments in Mishawaka, IN. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

Pay up to $19.00/hr. to start
PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00 every 3 months
$200.00 monthly on-call bonus, paid if you take a call or not

What We Need from you:

Basic electrical knowledge
Basic plumbing knowledge
Basic drywall/painting knowledge
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Basic understanding of hand tools
40 hours per week
On-call rotation ($200 bonus)
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
