Organization Type: Non-Profit, Faith-Based, 100+ Employees Position Type: Full-Time; Salaried Exempt Department: Receiving Hope Center Reports to: Program Coordinator Direct Reports: None Hours: Part-time, weekends only (Saturday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).Location: Receiving Hope Center Position Summary: The Security and Facilities Manager is responsible for on-site security and facilities operations at the Receiving Hope Center (RHC), with oversight by the Program Coordinator. This position serves as a key liaison for all security and facilities needs, including supervision of relevant security personnel. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Security Services ● Plan and organize security-related monitoring, governance, and compliance for the program in accordance with Residential Child Care Licensing (RCCL) and Office of Provider. Management (OPM) guidelines ● Manage the security elements of the RHC, including equipment, systems, processes, and personnel. ● Manage trash removal protocol and vendor relationships. ● Manage relationships, scheduling, and effectiveness of any security support professionals ∙ ● Support RHC leaders and behavioral health staff with crisis management and the participant milieu as needed to maintain safety for all on-site individuals. ● Maintain and monitor security cameras. ● Train other staff members on security-related best practices. ● Maintain a professional resource network related to facilities, safety and security. ● Complete a daily security walk-through checklist of the entire facility and maintain records. ● Participate in on-call rotation with key lead staff.
