Housekeeping Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with laundry duties as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest or resident requests professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Work Environment

This position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The work environment may include exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
