Merchandiser

Job Summary: 

Merchandisers provide customer service to a specific customer base and ensure each account is well stocked, clean and operational.   This role will be cross trained as a technician and will be able to not only troubleshoot but repair machines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Adequately stock assigned company vehicle with necessary merchandise to 

conduct daily duties

• Check account machine lists to verify sufficient inventory

• Visit each account daily, weekly, or bi-weekly per the determined route matrix

- Fill all machines to company/account standards including cleaning and maintenance

- Make sure machines are working properly and complete an online service 

request if necessary

- Fill kiosks with swipe cards every visit

- Restock prize hub back ups

- Fill out merchandising survey at the beginning and end of each visit

- Complete collections on scheduled days.  This role will work a Thursday through Monday schedule.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Reliable and prompt to each assigned job site

• Valid driver’s license and able to be insured under company insurance policy

• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

• Strong situational awareness

• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

• Must take initiative to complete scheduled routes in a timely manner
