Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Winston-Salem, NC location. This role is ideal for a disciplined, strategic leader who thrives in a structured, high-accountability environment and knows how to execute a business plan with precision.

As a Branch Manager, you own the performance of your branch. You are responsible for driving revenue, managing people, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work within a clearly defined leadership framework designed to eliminate ambiguity, provide support, and ensure consistent execution across the business.


You will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Regional Director, and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure your branch is a strong, reliable engine of growth and customer satisfaction.


Your Mission: What You’ll Do

Own Branch Performance

- Lead all daily operations for the Winston-Salem branch

- Oversee inventory, logistics, staffing, customer service, and branch processes

- Ensure the branch meets revenue, margin, and service-level targets


Support Sales Execution

- Conduct ride-alongs with Outside Sales Representatives

- Support lead follow-up, customer engagement, and local territory initiatives

- Partner closely with sales to ensure the branch meets market expectations


Develop People & Culture

- Coach and develop employees across operations, warehouse, and customer service roles

- Build a disciplined, accountable, high-performance team

- Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities at every level


Maintain Pricing & Margin Discipline

- Follow established pricing guardrails

- Prevent margin erosion through disciplined decision-making

- Execute price integrity at the branch level

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in distribution, operations, or branch management

- Strong understanding of operational processes, inventory, and logistics

- Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable

- High level of discipline and comfort working within a structured system

- Strong interpersonal skills with customers and field teams


Preferred Experience

- Building materials or industrial distribution

- Experience managing P&L or key financial metrics

- Knowledge of territory-based sales or supporting outside sales teams


A Week in the Role

- Monday: Branch review with General Manager

- Tue–Thu: Operations management, customer visits, ride-alongs, staff coaching

- Friday: Reporting, planning, KPI reviews, and process improvements

- Ongoing: Developing talent and strengthening branch execution
